My first language is English but my German is pretty good, too.
I am a retired operations manager from the USA. I was stationed in Wildflecken while I was in the US army from 87 - 90. I met my wife, Susanne, in Bad Brückenau and we lived in Hassenbach before moving to the Atlanta area. She was born and raised in Münnerstadt, and her family still lives in the area. We currently live in Denia, Spain.
I like many types of games, but I tend to enjoy longer and heavier games like 18xx, Splotter, 4x, economic, and Civ games the most. I like to socialize and have a beer or two when gaming, and I enjoy gaming with people of all ages, backgrounds, and orientations. Here in Denia, I have found quite a few gaming friends from all over Europe and beyond. We formed a boardgaming association recently called Tablero, and we continue to grow our membership.
